Refund Policy
Skarla generally does not offer refunds for vouchers, gift cards, or services once issued or activated. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in the event of technical faults.
Clients may request a refund or credit under the following conditions:
· The voucher or gift card was not issued due to a verified technical issue.
· An error occurred within Skarla’s system or integration.
· In most cases, Skarla will issue a replacement voucher or apply credits to the client’s dashboard instead of processing a refund.
· Once approved, refunds or credits will be processed as per Skarla’s internal refund timelines and in line with standard industry practices.
